Christmas is my most favorite time of the year. Spending time with family, great friends… Celebrating the greatest gift given to man.

You are to be a key witness to everyone you meet of what you’ve seen and heard. So what are you waiting for? Get up and get yourself baptized, scrubbed clean of those sins and personally acquainted with God.’

This is the key passaged I preached on today at our baptism service at Sandbridge beach. God moved in such a powerful way. They old is gone and the new has COME! 

23rd Birthday - Reflect & Dream

I find that my birthday is a perfect day to do a couple of things besides the typical partying, eating and hanging out… which I did, had a blast doing, and will continue to do.

I know that my birthday is the one of the times each year that I can do two things:

1. REFLECT
2. DREAM

REFLECT: This past year has been the most exciting and unbelievable year of my life. (I say that every year) This year God has taught me humility and more about his heart for people, but what sticks out the most is he taught me how to FIGHT! I’ve never been a fighter… I know it’s hard to believe but it’s just not in my nature. haha. This year I learned that innate in every human being is a the heart of a fighter. The awesome thing is that with God on our side it is IMPOSSIBLE to lose.  Reflecting on this year I can honestly say I experienced real valleys and extraordinary mountain tops! That God will use what seemingly looks like failure on our part for the sake of a bigger win if we would only surrender. He truly is an awesome God. 

DREAM: I have many dreams in my heart. Firstly, I dream that in this next year I will be fully supported and complete my ministry partnership team; I claim that right now. Secondly, what most of the time weighs heavy on my heart even more then my partnership team is the lives of the youth. This year I dream that we will see real breakthrough in our youth ministry and complete healing in the lives of our young people. I love to dream, and I know that this will be the year where many of my dreams come to pass!

Thank you to all my friends and family. I was greeted with literally hundreds of birthday wishes. That is not an ego booster but confirmation that God has placed people in my life who care. 

Here’s to a new year! Woo hoo!
